Pell & Bales Ltd was formed in November 1990 from the freelance partnership of Simon Pell and Kevin Bales. The company’s first full trading year was 1991/2.
We pioneered the use of telemarketing for fundraising, campaigning
and membership development with some of the UK’s leading not-for-profit
organisations including WWF, the RSPB, The Labour Party, Oxfam and
Unicef.
The company has grown consistently over the years servicing a wide
variety of clients in various sectors from charities to higher education,
and from the performing arts to financial services.
Pell & Bales' reputation for high quality calling, outstanding results, thought
leadership and service innovation is reflected in the longevity
of our client relationships and numerous industry awards. We recently
won the DMA/Royal Mail Award for the Best Telemarketing Campaign
for the third time in five years.
During the course of 2003, the company’s management team has been strengthened by new senior director appointments. These include Contact Centre Director, Jamie Robinson (formerly of SITEL and Unisys), IT Director, Steve Stanley (ex SITEL) and New Business Development Director, James Wetton (from the Listening Company).
