* You can choose and of the shifts above in any combination. Please note that once your shift schedule has been agreed, this will be you ongoing shift pattern and your shift pattern must add up to at least 14 hours each week

Recruitment Process
The first stage of our interview process is a telephone interview. If you successful, we will invite you to on of our comprehensive Assessment Centres. This will involve some role-playing and various relevant Competency exercises. To all of our Assessment Centres you must bring the following:
- C.V and completed Application Form ( click here for Application Form )
- proof of ID (with photo) – e.g. passport, driver’s license
- an official document showing your National Insurance number
Training
As the final stage of our selection process, comprehensive training is provided for all successful candidates.
We have 2 Inductions that are ran weekly

Wednesday 1.30-5pm
Thursday 10am-6.30pm
Friday 9.30am-1pm
B
Saturday 10am-6.30pm
Sunday 10am-6.30pm
Training payment
Training is paid at a flat rate of £5.52 per hour.
If you are not successful at training, you will still be paid, provided you have attended all days and have been on time throughout.
Payment for training will take place when a minimum of 4 weeks’ employment (with at least 24 hours’ work) has been completed, in the nearest month-end payroll following completion of the 4th week.
Briefings
Once you have completed training we will invite you to a client and campaign briefing, after which you will be ready to start fundraising on the telephone. Briefings may take place during weekday afternoons; you may find your choice of briefing is limited if you are never available at those times.
Where we are
The location for training and Assessment Centres – unless we tell you otherwise – is our London headquarters at 211 Old Street, which is next to Old Street tube station. Take exit 7 out of the underpass and 211 is at the top of the ramp, immediately on the right. It’s a large glass building. Please report to the security guard.

Our dress code is relaxed at all times
